2012 Franchise Package

Leisure Systems Inc. has developed a new franchise package to make joining the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park system even more enticing.

• Save $20,000.  We will waive the initiation fee.

• Pay royalties of 6% paid only on incremental gross revenues gained as a Jellystone Park.  (1% National Advertising fee and .5% Club Yogi Rewards program fee will be applicable to all gross revenues.)
• Access to a proprietary Reservations, Front Office & Point of Sale System with training and support that includes an online, real-time reservation component, for a low monthly fee.
• Profitable Yogi Bear™ merchandise to improve store sales.
• A Conversion Package that includes:

                   10' Yogi Bear Statue

                   Yogi Bear Costume

                   Campground Sign package

• To provide you with for complete support during the transition,  LSI will reimburse franchisee for certain costs incurred to our proprietary training classes based on a contractual agreement.
